Default Week #2 - Second visit to the gym post-op...

    So I went again:

    • 10 minutes of just pedaling with no resistance on the recumbent (reclining) bike.
    • A round of machines with NO WEIGHT. Arms/Legs/Back/Chest. No abs at all.

When I left the gym I walked taller and had more energy than when I went in.

Apparently this exercise stuff *does* make you heal faster.

Luke - you're doing well. Keep it up and get on to the weight resistance when the time is right.
My rower is arriving tomorrow. I bought a water rower to row my way to fantabulousness in the comfort of my new exercise room that I'm setting up.
    Highest weight ever - 108kgs, Surgery weight -101kgs, Goal weight - 65kgs

Nice! I wish I had the space for an exercise room. I had one once...but it's now know as "Ford's Bedroom". :/

We'll see how long that lasts. It's easy when you start over 400. I mean I could have cut my intake down to SINGLE buffalo-bacon-cheeseburgers instead of DOUBLES and lose a ton of weight just like that. *snap fingers*

As someone who is also starting out over 400lbs, I know all too well how quickly the weight comes off and unfortunately how quickly it comes back on. It's crazy, isn't it? I could lose 10 lbs in a week and regain 10 lbs in two days. I still don't understand how that's possible but it's the story of my life and not an exaggeration. I'm hoping the sleeve will 'cure' that thing that causes me to do that.
