hello everybody,
i did gastric sleeve on august-5-2010.
now i feel better because i was boring to do diet ,i did it several time and i lost some of weight and i gained back. since i did the surgery i fell better.
before surgery i was 239 pounds and after 6 weeks i am 207 pounds.
my goal is 130 pounds. that is mean 77 pounds more. i hope god help me to reach it.
