    This is what I am currently missing (and will miss for awhile). My daughters and I love going to to Chipotle for their bowls. So happy that it can be back in my diet and that I won't eat it all AND lick the bowl! haha

    my first goal is to get to 141pounds, that will put me in the NORMAL range bmi. My second goal is 120, which is thin and healthy.

    I guess a couple of more weeks for me to even try it.

    I ate salad at 5 weeks and it went down no problem. I was advised to wait until 8 weeks out before even attempting it but I was craving it and gave in. I was still having trouble digesting some "soft food" but the salad went down fine. No rhyme or reason I guess. People just all digest differently. Give it a try. If it doesn't work out give it another week and try again.
