Interested in what people are hearing from the dieticians? I was told to focus on 600-800 calories a day. I am having a hard time getting that many. Does anyone focus on fat, carbs, sugars? Interested to see what everyone is doing.
Hi. I'm only 2 weeks out but what I've been told is 800-1000 calories, 50-70 grams of protein, and always shoot for the lower carbs, low fat things, and low calorie. I'm still doing supplements to get it in but I notice a bigger drop on the scale when I do get it in. You have more time than me but that's the info I have. Hope all goes well.
I am doing between 600-800 calories. I concentrate on protein, carbs, fat and sugar.
always supposed to be under a thousand and in the beginning months it was 600-800. if you don't get it all in, don't worry, gradually you will be able to eat more. i've never been instructed sugars and fats to stay away from, other than to say "watch the sugar" and "stay away from fried foods" lol. common sense says that too...and to stay away from bad carbs and try to get good complex carbs instead.

I do high protein- 95-110 grams per day, low carb, no sugar. I don't count calories or fat because I pretty much live on chicken or turkey and Quest bars. I do use heavy cream or 1/2 & 1/2 in my coffee and sometime I eat a piece of cheese. I am a stickler for natural foods and low fat stuff is usually very processed so I stay away from it.
