Almost 1 year out. Update with before & after pics

You look amazing! If you don't mind, will you share your age bracket? 20's, 30's? And also your starting weight and height? Also, how did you maintain such great elasticity!!! I am just at the beginning of this process, am 5'1", weigh 220 and while it sesms crazy, I worry about sagging all over. It's sort of like, the devil you know is better than the one you don't. My health is the #1 reason I am doing this, but I would be over the moon excited if I could prevent sagging!

I am 5'2 was 266 now 152.
I was 34 almost 35 when I had surgery. I am 36 now
I was so worried of lose skin but I just worked hard in the gym andy skin seemed to go back.

Take at least 60g of protein, workout, and make sure you get the B12 shots. I was 257, I lost 114 and I have no sagging. Also, on youtube there is a video by Dr. oz, type in "Dr. Oz 15 minute workout. I do that 5 times a week a walk 3 miles a day two times a week and I never had problems with sagging. Good luck
