Try eating some meatloaf.
After eating meatloaf, I feel full for a long time, and am not even hungry or need anything for about 2 hours.
I like turkey meatloaf w/a little bit of gravy. Yum
I'm jealous of you all, the most I ever feel "full" for is like 30 minutes, tops. The upside is that I'm rarely hungry but if I wanted to space it out, I could literally eat all day. Not sure if my sleeve moves things through more quickly but it is fine. At two months out I could eat 3 tacos in 45 minutes. On the upside, I'm down almost 70# and only ~ 30# from goal but I will need to be vigilant about grazing, which fortunately I didn't do pre-sleeve as I was a big huge supper kind of dude.
Steak or heavy meat. If i eat that, i'm done for hours. it only takes about three or four ounces at the absolute most. I got a six ounce filet mignon the other night and i ate MAYBE a third of it and was stuffed. I also ate about four regular bites of potato.

Agreed. Dense protein, especially red meat, leaves me feeling full/satisfied for a while. I find meatloaf actually passes through a bit quicker than a steak, but all ground meat is like that with my sleeve.

Meatloaf for me too. I make it with 3 parts turkey to one part beef. I eat btw 6-8 oz which keeps me full - not stuffed, just comfortably full- for several hours. I have been worried about being able to eat more than most other people on here- really worried- but it seems to be OK for now and I am still losing. The key for me seems to be high protein and little to no carbs. When I used to have a shake for breakfast I was starving about 1 hour after I finished it. Now I have meat for breakfast and I make it 4-5 hours with no problem.
