Exactly!! I was thinking about this last night, and all it did was piss me off. Unless she is living like the Amish, she's taking the easy way out. To me this is the same as saying I should NOT have had my reconstruction done, let alone the double mastectomy for my breast cancer. I altered the way God made my body. Well I feel that God gave me the intelligence to do what I needed to do to save my life, whether it's from cancer or obesity, to be there for my family.

I won't reply to her "blog" because I don't want to give her, or it, any importance in my life or on the internet. For those of you that saw the Bad Boys 2 movie....Woooooo Saaaaaaaaaaa!

Just answered her - I use "Grace Sleeved" on that kind of forum as a name. Fitting, hey?
My answer - not bad for a wiccan

    King James Bible (Cambridge Ed.)
And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: it is better for thee to enter into life with one eye, rather than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire.

My stomach offended me. My level of ghrelin - the hormone my stomach made way too much of, that caused me endless, excruciating hunger, offended me. Therefore it was not only my right, but if you are going to go around speaking for God then I say the above passage says I have not only the right to have my stomach reduced, but a divine right. By doing so, I have been able to have the best chance of reducing my temple, the vessel of my soul; to a size more able to allow me to live the precious life I was given to the fullest. By doing so, I have gained peace, enlightenment and and end to the hellish torture that is hunger out of control.

You know what I think? I think you wish you had the guts to do what we've done. Judge not, lest thee be judged.
Best NSV - fitting on a kid's amusement park ride with my 4 yr old grandson!

Awww, we're inappropriate! She just doesn't know how to answer those with intelligent answers to her closed minded rants.

the poor me! sad, fat, unhappy person uses to justify themselves and judge others, no tolerance, no understanding, always looking for blame and cant help themselves because they are sad and unhappy, such a vicious circle that this person isn't ready to break. and then to have no compassion for the people that have made the choice to improve there lives, I couldn't imagine not letting myself become the person I now am. she is just a sad sad lady

I read some of the post... was not worth finishing though. People like that are incapable of seeing things for what they are... even if they have the facts. They are only making an attempt to justify their outlook or opinions and to force them on others.!! It is not worth becoming upset about nor worth my time to give her a comment. Unfortuneately for her, her outlook may never change... so.. it will be her loss. What I do, how I live, my relationship with God is just that... MINE! I do not ask for, nor do I seek anyone elses approval. As long as what I do or how I live does not hurt anyone else... leave me the hell alone if you do not agree with it. As for my surgery... my primary reason was not for health reasons... it was so I could spend the next 10..15..20yrs raising hell and doing all the things (before i die) that my weight held me back from doing while I was young!! I have a bucket list that I plan on getting through... the fact that having the surgery makes me healthier is just an added bonus. (wouldn't our little friend have a field day with that comment??0!!! Bottom line is that everyone on here has their own agenda as to why they had this surgery... who is in the position to judge another person? NOT ME

my advice is to stop listen to such a narrow minded B..... Let people make their own choices and don't judge them if their choices don't harm anybody.. and so what if it was an easy solution to undergo surgery?? (it's not!) ... Who cares??? It is jealous and ignorant people like her that confirms me in the decision to keep my surgery secret a good thing... Can't use uninformed people's shitty opinions about my decision
