100+ lbs Gone!!! @ 4 months out... Im not over 400lbs anymore!

I started out of surgery 476lbs the largest I been is 488lbs. Im currently 381lbs .WOW 4 months out. I walk as I can. I do exercise and walk only 3 days a week. Im in Michigan with R.A. I just turned 46 on the 1st! I look like Im in my 30s. My family is tripping out everytime they see me. They are OMG U DOING IT! My only regret is I didn't do it sooner. Praying for you ALL. This is so wonderful for not only yourself but for your family too, I'm sure. No one wants to see their loved ones doing harm to themselves as we all have done in the past, through food.
