Was cruising the Smoothie King website and they have a tab on "Health and Nutrition". One of the selections is "Special Health Needs" and under that they have "Smoothie King Information for Gastric By Pass Patients"!. SWEET!

That's cool, I just checked and there is one near me - I might stop by there while I am out today. I always assumed smoothies were way too high in sugar - good to have choices!

Just be careful which fruits you choose to add. We figured the numbers must only reflect the whey protein powder they use and does NOT include any extras. I too am going to give it a try this afternoon. I know it will take me at least 45 mins to an hour to drink 20 ounces.
