Fat Cell Freezing aka. CoolSculpture

There is a new procedure out now where the plastic surgeon does some procedure on you, which is totally non-invasive by the way, and if you have thigh pouches, back fat rolls, tummy bulge, whatever, they simply freeze the area and the fat cells inside dry and shrivel up and are excreted by the body eventually with your regular waste. Does anyone out there know any more about it like cost, pain involved, side effects? Apparently this procedure has been talked about on Dr. Oz twice now. Thanks! Looking forward to seeing how many have actually had this done.

Never heard of that but sounds "cool"...no pun intended! Would be nice to not have to have an invasive procedure done!!! Kind of sounds like it could be painful, though...maybe not.

sounds cool. My thighs are in need of help but the surgery looks very painful & I'm chicken. May have to look into this.

The only concern I have after reading the website...they only talk about FAT, not EXCESS SKIN. Big difference. We've already lost the fat. Its the skin (at least on my thighs) we need rid of. I guess more investigating and questions are in order.

I have a friend do this on Thursday. He said it took about 3 hours and hurts like a bitch! I'm still waiting to see the results!

Actually been out for about 3 years and it is really big or at least advertised here in Houston. I have seen it on TV too. Looks cool no pun intended and is supposedly not as costly. Personally having been a commercial Fisherman in the Bearing sea and an avid 4x4 guy in the Montana mountains (including in the snow) I have frozen my Ass off enough but never lost any weight doing so.

The place where I get my fillers offers this and I was debating doing it when I get closer to goal, maybe add a jump start when the losing tapers off and before I get my abdominoplasty. I think they charge $750 per "area" and usually have 10-20% off specials for it each month.
