What a great visual. As a pre-opper I struggle with drinking with meals. It's been such a habit for so long. I easily cut soda earlier this year, but this is a big struggle for me. This helps a lot.
Wow, thank you so much! This is what I struggle with most, when I imagine what life will be like after the sleeve. This really helps with the concept. I'm still not 100% clear on how it applies to sleevers specifically- I hadn't heard the thing about the sleeve having a barbell shape, I thought it was shaped like a banana?
