I am still learning how to use this site so I may post similar post on different post, threads, or blogs. bare with me.
So I am 4 days out. The first 2 days were horrible. No one can prepare you for the gas pain. now I am doing better. I still have some pan and the gas is still dancing around mostly instead of coming out but i can handle it better. My biggest challenge right now is getting in the 40 grams of protein and 48 ounces of water. Oh! by the way the walking helps so much. I walk about 15 times up an down my apartment hall every hour and the gas just dances around a slowly comes out. I know that might have been TMI but I am actually excited about it.
