Where did you have your surgery? I would check in with your surgical team, make an appt with your NUT and do what you can to get back on track. How much have you gained back? I am sorry to hear that you are having this experience but hope that you can get back on track soon. Good luck!

My advice -- if it was made IN A PLANT, don't eat it. If it COMES FROM A PLANT, eat it!
All those processed foods are not good for you. ::grin::
