I'm always fatigued hungry dont know what to fix puréed style, tummy hurts immensely anyone else feel this way please help!!

Well when you say hurts immediately, can you clarify? I have in the last week noticed if I eat a little too fast or too large of a bite regardless of chewing it up well I experience some discomfort.

Well I say hurts but I guess u can use discomfort I'm a baby for pain or uncomfortable things. My concern is protien I don't know what to intake for it names brands etc.

Have you tried Isopure? It has a funky aftertaste, but if you sip on it all day, you'll get something like 40 grams.
