A lady I work with sells it and she swears by it. My surgeon's office sells it too and they recommend it especially at first because it is so hard to eat enough vegetables with the smaller stomach. Basically it is a bunch of fruits and veggies in pill form. They have a lot of nutrients in them and the people that take them say they keep them healthier.

My friend has used it for years and swears by it. I was surprised to see it at my surgeons office as a recommended supplement too. I plan on trying it after surgery to help my vitamin intake.

Goal to weigh what my drivers license says: 225 (3/9/13)

Final goal weight: remains to be seen
