Hey Tom, how are you doing!? Been a few weeks!
Anyway the way you update is click on the words "Control Panel" then you can update everything in the boxes there to the left under "my settings"

Thank you Cheryl, Now i do feel dumb but i knew it had to be simple. Ha. I am doing great!! I have lost 30 lbs and my diabetes is getting better every week although I am not off meds as yet. Bummer!! How are you?? It looks like you are also losing. Isn't life grand!! Great to hear from you and I hope all is well with you.

No reason to feel dumb, the new format takes a little getting used to!
That's awesome news on the weight loss! I'm right behind you. I'm hoping to break into the 100's by tomorrow I'm doing great here, moving to solids this week. Still struggling to get my water in though.

Your going to get there for sure!! You have the right attitude and determination to be very successful. I can tell no difference in my fluid intake before and after and was wondering if he actually did my sleeve but found out real soon that he did when i started solids. That is a totally different ball game. Take the solids much more slowly as you fill up faster cuz it just stays there and does not flow on through like the fluids. I learned the hard way. My wife can not wait to take me shopping for clothes cuz my staff keeps calling me "pants on the ground". Ha! Better wait until I settle in on a stable weight. 12-15 more lbs to go to get to goal. I can start lifting weights again and add some more muscle to my bones then. Great to hear from you and keep up all the good work!

It hurts if I take liquids too quickly. I used to be able to guzzle water but now I can't even take a mouthful at a time without a pain in my chest (like food stuck). I just tried full solids tonight and its been fun. Definitely feel the restriction. I can only get maybe 2 spoons in and I'm full!

I know the feeling! My eyes are definetly bigger than my stomach. Maybe literally too. Ha! I have no issues with fluids going down but i have to chew and chew and chew to get the more solids through. I guess that extra time is what makes me feel full so I can stop. I am not used to having food left on my plate so that alone is going to take getting used to. Ha! Dogs love it though!
