Hi everyone! Although I've been lurking on this forums for a little over a year it was not until a week ago that I decided to schedule my surgery and stop thinking I can do this on my own. I look forward to sharing with you who have been there done that!!
Your posts have shown me what to expect, what to take with me, how I will feel, what can go wrong and the attitude I need to bring... But most of all I've seen beautiful people transform and view life differently after their journey... and that's alone is worth the price of admission!

Welcome to the forum. It will be a blessing to know that once you lose the weight you don't ever have to gain it back. It will be easier to control. It is just a tool, not a magic cure. But it is an amazing tool. Good luck and best wishes on your journey.
