Help!

Hi

I am thinking to get the surgery but I am not sure.
I have so many thoughts about it.
Is it save?
And will the stomach definitivly not grow bag?

It is as safe as any other surgery and you can re stretch out your stomach but that has to do with you and how you choose to eat after. For me this has been the best thing i could have ever done for myself. It has improved my health my husbands health and my kids. Because I no longer need so much food to be satisfied I cook for all 4 of us by making 2 adult sized portions and cutting them in half (my kids are 3 and 2 so they dont eat much anyway) My husband has lost 75 pounds because of my new way of seeing food. There are great people on this site and I have found any thing you want to know they will talk about (me included I will talk about anything ) Glad you are here!

I really want to change my life to a healthy one. Can I ask how much weight did you lost and where you did get the surgery?

I don't think it is as easy to stretch the sleeve as it is the pouch from gastric bypass. I think the success with the sleeve is much better.

If you over eat your stomach will stretch. But when you you get the sleeve it reduces the size of your stomach which then reduces a hormone that is produced in your stomach that makes you hungry. You def have to make life style changes or you will gain it all back. I have seen many people gain all the weight back.

Well I know that I need to change what I eat. But trust me. I don't eat that unhealthy. I will for sure change what I need to change to stay small than.
I just thought about the fact that it could grow back. As well I am just 19 and of course I want to have children at some point and I really want to change my life
