Hello sleevers, there was a post from a fellow sleever, she posted videos for eight minute workouts....I did not copy the information or website down, I was wondering if anyone remembers who she is or if you have the web address for the videos....I would appreciate it as I'm ready to try them out....thanks in advance....Blessings
