YOu should be on the soft food phase now which is cottage cheese, yogurt, creamed soups and all that plus your phase 1 foods. You should also be doing protein shakes now as well. Whatever you eat make it high protein and stick to the plan as there is a reason behind it and thats to decrease you stomach acids during this time so you don’t want to over eat or jump ahead as it can cause an increase in acids and old habits and cause you to gain or stall for long periods of time.

I didn't start soft food till 21 days but all surgeons are different. I have had mushed cauliflower & cheese sauce. Mushed fish with either tomato or parsley sauce. & lots of mushed veg. This has been along side having my soups. I started with 1 soft food meal a day & the rest liquids. I managed 2 yesterday, then just 1 today.
