Site issues, sorry

Hi everyone, sorry about the site issues past few hours, and intermittently over the past few days. There was a hardware problem in the datacenter.
We are taking steps to prevent this in the future.
Now that the site is back, if you notice anything not working properly, please send me a message. Sorry about the downtime, its quite good to be back though.

Last time they had issues, I recieved 75 e-mails a few days later...


BTW has anyone else's weight ticker disappeared

Yes, a lot of things were lost and I am working hard to retrieve them. The datacenter where the site is hosted had a big hardware failure. The data was supposed to be backed up but due to their hardware failure it looks like some data might have been lost for good. I am extremely upset about this and working hard to both find a resolution (perhaps retrieve the lost data somehow from them) as well as prevent such occurrence from happening in the future.

As a side note, we have some good news. The site will be getting a facelift today and many new features and a beautiful new design.

Terribly sorry, once again, everyone. Please repost your threads and pictures, etc, and lets try to move past these growing pains as a community. Again, I apologize for the inconvenience and I am deeply saddened that this happened.

The good news is we are busy working on the new site release, its almost ready. I think everyone will like what they see once its released.
