Default 1 month anniversary as a sleever! Having a lot of nausea and upset stomach issues

Today its official I am 1 month into the sleevers club!! I can say this journey has been a bit of a roller coaster ride. I am 31 lbs down and feeling better. But I still have a lot of learning to do. I am having more nausea now than I did in the beginning. I am drinking more water and getting more protein in. Still not at the stage where I should be with the protein but I am getting there. Have any of you experienced nausea and upset stomach at this stage? If so what did you do to help.. It's getting bad so that I am even gagging when I take my chewable multivitamin and vitamin C. Overall it's been a good month learning new ways to eat has been a challenge but the fact that I am almost 3 dress sizes down combats that every time!! I am trying to find out how to get more energy during the day so that I can get into my workouts. I don't want to be a "skinny fat person " as my brother says about me not working out while going through this change. So any ideas on how to up the energy levels would be good as well.

I am exactly 1 month out too!!! And have lost 31 pounds too!!!! Awesome! I don't get nauseated very often.. I just eat too much and end up running to the bathroom to throw up. I am not getting very much liquids in, so I need to work on that. As far as protein, I told my doctor I could not stomach the shakes, and he said don't worry about it, and to just get my protein in from what I eat.. such as chicken, cheese, etc.

I'm 1 month out tommorow and Im still not able to keep anything down I'm still on liquids the only thinkbi can keep down is crackers and mashed potatoes, but I got to the point where I don't even care if I eat because food don't even taste the same anymore,or I can't keep it down, the only thing that I drink is the Crystal lite tea and maybe some water. So I only get about 10 calories in. I need help!!!!!!

Yep! When I was one month out I had difficulty too. Ask your doc for Zofran to stop the nausea. Good luck on your journey! You will love the sleeve life!

Passed personel goal weight of 135 in 9 months! Wow!

At one month out I had the worst "upset stomach" ever....took a couple of weeks to settle (as my nutritionist said it would) but I was convinced they had removed something or attached something they shouldn't have it was that bad....Everything is absolutely fine now and has been for a while.
Fluids is the answer...keeps you hydrated and curtails the nausea.xxx
