Default I think I did too much...

I made my typical lunch 1 egg and 1/2oz of turkey deli meat. I think I ate too fast because immediately after I felt this build up in my chest. I felt like I was dying. It kept building and than I just threw up. I didnt even eat all the food. I only ate half of the egg so i know I didnt over eat. I always stop when I feel full.

Has this happened to anyone else???

Has it happened before? perhaps you had some gas in there that got in the way of your food this time. Was your sleeve empty before you started, meaning did you wait 30 min after you drank something?
Also, it's not uncommon to suddenly not be able to eat something you could eat all along, like eggs. Sleeves are very fickle little buggers.

CFIDS =Chronic Fatigue Syndrome) Also dx with post-bariatric reactive hypoglycemia; and chronic gastritis (both sleeve complications). Permanently disabled.
Start weight 335, down to 218, up during gastritis. Have accepted there is no way to lose it with my hypoglycemia. Current weight 260. Currently doing 10 day sleeve reset and determined to get back down to my post surgical weight or close to it.

Yep, it does happen that way sometimes. you prolly got a pocket of air under your food or swallowed wrong. If when you threw up the consistancy was well chewed mush then good, but sometimes if you throw up and notice it is not chewed well that will cause it too! Most people dont like to throw up, but if you have swallowed too big of bite or got a big pocket of air under your food, best get it up right away, i say. Because the longer you go the worse ya feel and many times you will start "Slimeing" and so it gets worse as the slime builds! You will get used to it and learn to be more careful, but dont worry it is common! Love Rainbow P.S. sorry if i grossed anyone out!
