Hi there. Just thought I would introduce myself.

I am recently sleeved (10 August 2010). Love the new tiny tummy. It is so nice to crave something but only have a few bites and be totally satisfied and FULL!!! I have lost 8kg since a few days before the surgery so that is 8kg in 13 days. Totally wrapped but know this will slow down and just be a steady 1-2kg weight loss hopefully a week. Am expecting lots of plateaus too though. Didn't have much pain after the op and was home after two nights. Everything so far is smooth sailing. I really hope it continues on this course.

Hi from the Gold Coast. I was sleeved on 6th April and have lost 23kgs and am very happy with that. Happy to help in any way. First few months are tough but not being hungry or having cravings make it all worth while! Good luck!
