Hello everyone,
I'm so excited to know I will be starting a new journey this time next week.
My Dr. Only advised a 2 day liquid diet, but Im choosing 7 just to get prepared and hopefully lose a couple pounds. Any one else starting or on their liquid diet, what are you eating or drinking?

CONGRATS!! On your choice to make this journey!! As far as a liquid diet...I did broths...100% fruit juice...ice chips...LOTS of water...popsicles...jello...and of course your trusty protein drinks!! I will pray for you as you enter this journey...You won't regret it...

dont do anything with any sugars, u will lose, u can also EAT a high protien diet, then do ur 2 days of liquid, u will be on soft liquids after ur surgery for a couple of weeks, a must, so u dont want to be fed up with it befor u have to....my dr didnt make me do a pre op diet at all, but i think the 2 days for sure people should do as i had a constipation problem after surgery i would not have had if id done the 2 days...but i think my dr dosnt want u to be tempted to cheat after, is why he does that....? good luck u will be fine..... Oh buy the way i lost 40lb pre op in three months... it will fall off if u dont have any carbs, only lettus and greens,cucumber stuff like that..then ur protiens... best to U

The 10th is my day too...I lucked up and only have to do a 1 day liquid diet. Good luck to you and hope everything goes smooth. :-)
