Default I have found a new friend I like :-)

I have found I like peanut butter and it's easy on my tummy. Do you think it's bad to eat everyday? I'm only doing the 2 spoonfuls that are on the container.

I have had it in my protein shakes with no problem. The only thing I have been told is to choose the natural peanut butter, other than that I have heard some folks cannot eat it "straight up". Guess I am gonna have to try licking a spoonful myself

I love PB & J. It's one of my "go-to foods". I use the natural one, and can also eat it off the spoon, although; I prefer it on mini rice cakes or a deli flat. Continued success & enjoy!

This is a great tip! I always have it in & have avoided it as I see it as a bad food, I even just went to look at the jar! Yes it has loads of protein! Brilliant! Happy days!

It good for protein and I can only eat 1-2 spoonfuls before I feel full, so I wont sit there and over do it. I used to keep a small bottle of it at my desk when I needed a little something, but I found myself getting into it too often. I just love peanut butter, but it does have a lot of fat as well.

I buy a brand from Trader Joe's called, "BetterN Peanut Butter", it's way lower in fats, sugars, etc. It's a little sticky, but still yummy. I don't watch the fat content in most foods as I still eat so little. Maybe I'm not correct in doing this, but I've been successful so far.

Peanut butter saved me when I was in my full liquid stage! I couldn't stand broth, but needed something salty, and PB was my fix! I would get about a half a tablespoon and lick at it until it was gone. It was wonderful and I still do that everyone in a while when I need something salty!

I enjoy the all natural pb with the oil on top that has flaxseed in it. I put it in my oatmeal and it's yummy. I don't know as if I'd eat it every day but several times a week with the few spoonfuls would be ok I think. I've always loved pb but now less of it. I enjoy the different flavor the flaxseed gives it as well.
