6 Month Update w/Pics

Just wanted to make a quick 6 month update.

Hi everyone, as you can see I've been doin pretty well with the weight loss, it has slowed down, but is still pretty steady. Dr. says I should get down to 210 or so before the years up. I was a 5x, now a Large to X-Large in Shirts, and a size 38 to 42 in Pants. Don't ask why there's such a variation in pant size,lol. I carry most of my weight in the abdomen, so I'd probably be a smaller size if I wore it around my waist.

Feelin' Great, don't really count calories or keep up w/protein anymore, I just eat normally until I feel satiated then I stop, maybe 3 to 5 times daily. I can eat a smaller portion than most only 2 to 3 oz, but the Dr says it's ok just to supplement with protein drinks and eat more often.

Here recently, I've felt that all to familiar self destructive mood , eating not so healthy food, where I would gain weight in the past, but this sleeve really keeps you in check and I can easily get right back on track (actually still lose weight eating a piece of fried chicken,lol). So I guess it's doing it's job, keeping me in line!

What amazing pics! You are a fine example of how using the tool appropriately, makes such a huge difference in our bodies. I'm sure you feel as great as you look, and you seem so happy (as you should be. I wish you continued success, and thanks for sharing!
