Anyone sleeving on September 4th?

im fighting back the nerves right now....they hit me hard but i'm just trying to relax and think of how my life will be different once i'm sleeved How are you doing on your pre-op diet? I start mine on the 29th..... :0/

I am.doing better than.earlier this week... But just anxious for the 4th. I go to my laat appointment on Tuesday to be weighed before the surgery.... And ro be sure my shake diet worked

sept 6th here !! whoo hoo. ok so I must be the luckiest person alive, for my pre op diet , other than just liquids my doctor lets me have one lein cuisine meal around 200 calories.... I am totally not hungry getting in 80 protien and around 6-8 hundred calories. I have lost about 7 lbs since the start of my pre op diet , but only can count 5 since I gained two right before the diet. i keep track all day so I have all my protien in , and dont go over in calories.

Hey everyone.. Only 6 days until surgery.... I had my final appointment yesterday for my final weigh in I am getting anxious for sure.... I juat can\t wait for it to be here...

im having a HARD time with pre-op diet....!!!! I'am a fulltime student and it's seriously killing me! I'm light headed, and feel like im about to puke!!!!! I dont know what im going to do! This is so much harder then i thought!!! UUUUGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!

1 protien shake, lots of water, and 1 sugar free pudding a day......and i seriously feel like im about to die!!!! :/ was it this hard for others????

Yes the whole process is hard...have to stop myself daily from the urge to cheat.
But increasing your proteins to 3 a day will help you. Sip on soup broth to battle hunger pains.

Like I said we are past the point of no return now....We are going to do this my September surgery friends!

I have 3 30g protein shakes every day along with sf jello and sf popsicles. I don't think you are getting enough!

I have my surgery on the 4th as well. I am finding the pre op diet very hard. It's not hunger that is the problem, it's caffeine withdrawals, the headaches are a killer. Then I get very week, and dizzy, sometimes I have grabbed the end of a banana to snack on ( only one bite) and it helps a little. So difficult, yet The shakes do fill me, if it wasnt for the physical effects I would be fine.

Im anxious!!!! I've lost another 5 lbs since my weigh in last Tuesday , I keep stressing that my surgeon doesn't do the surgery cuz my liver didn't shrink enough.... Blah.I can't wait until its done
