How much water, protein etc?

Hi Lisa...isn't is awesome that we can order things like protein on the internet and have them sent directly to us, no matter where we live??? That's how I get most of my protein powders and I live here in the US....do a google search on bariatric protein powders and you will have all sorts of choices! Good luck

Lisa...my apologies...I just reread what I wrote and it sure does sound snotty! I guess that's what I get for typing and teaching at the same time! I hope not to have offended you....good luck in your search! I use Be Pure unflavored protein powder...you can mix it with just about anything and it won't change the flavor.
