Just wondering how often my sleeve people are checking their weight and when? I have been doing it daily in the morning and find it to be too much.
Here's my thing....weigh no more than once a week, same day, same scale, same time, naked. Works for me. I have shared that I noticed that it used to be food that talked to me, now it is the scale....one addiction for another lol. My other thing...I HATE MEN....lol you guys lose so much faster than we women. Best of luck.
I get on mine every day, some times several times a day... each time i get on and see how little i weigh i do a little happy dance and sometimes a give a squeal of delight.
Before i got down to my target weight though i wouldn't get on them too much because waiting for the scales to move as quick as i wanted them to just wasn't heppening, it was like watching paint dry.
Yes, sometimes I check my weight a few times a day. I know it's not healthy. Also, my doctor's scale consistently weighs me at 3lbs less than my bathroom scale. I've got my ticker now reporting according to my bathroom scale, but I REALLY want to change it to my doctor's... And I second Joanne's thought! I am so jealous of how much quicker men can lose weight than women!
Every Monday when I get to work I pop over to the OB/GYN dept and hop on their scale. My scale at home is not accurate - it weighs me less, so i use an official medical one for my true weight loss.
I weigh myself every morning, I just can't make it a whole week without checking!

I weigh every morning and maintain that I weigh the lowest weight I've seen if I see the weight move upwards because of water fluctuations. I also record monthly, how much I've lost so that I can look back and see the progress so that I don't get frustrated. Definitely write it down weekly, bi weekly or monthly.
I'm an every morning person. I missed today so I can't wait until tomorrow. I've always used it has motivation. In the past if I didn't weigh in daily it would get off track. I know this is a whole new ball game but I know myself to well. I'll keep with the everyday weigh-in.
