    Default Carbs, Carbs, Carbs!!

Okay friends here is a question for you:
How many carbs a day are you limiting yourself to? Are you losing at a normal pace with the amount of carbs you are eating?
I am trying to stay under 30, but not sure if this is the right #. I am in ketosis right now because I checked.

depends on your activity me I take in 70-90 grams on my intense workout days and normally around 50 -60. I find that days i dont take in enough carbs I hit a wall pretty hard . focus on protein and the carbs will take care of themselves

I'm not a huge believer in limiting carbs, honestly. Clearly, carbs are trigger foods for some people, and it's way easier to overeat ice cream or bread than tuna fish. No one binges on chicken breasts! I think mostly, carbs cause cravings. I have never counted carbs, but I do make sure that most of my carbs come from veggies with some fruit. I also eat Wasa crackers, which are mostly fiber. I think when you limit carbs, you mostly lose water. I think calories matter most, and I've been very successful in focusing on calories. Just my 2 cents.

I've never counted carbs and i doubt i ever will. The only thing i count are calories and i keep an eye on anything high in sugar and saturated fat but apart from that any food is fair game as far as i'm concerned.

    I stay between 30 & 60 pretty consitently and I'm doing well.
However I do find that my blood sugar goes up after my "60" days. Not horribly but enough that I notice.

I imagine being diabetic, then it is a good idea to keep a daily count just as before the sleeve.

Yep. Diabetes was the whole raison d'etre for me and I'm waiting for the first sub 6 ( Hg) A1c.
