I'm soooo jealous! Did you cheat any? I have......
first week - clear liquids and protein shakes
week 2 - soft foods and protein shakes
week 3 - add chicken, fish, turkey to above
Week 1-2 protein shake and zero calorie drinks(water, crystal light, tea ect)
Week 3- soft foods, cottage cheese, eggs, yogurt, peanut butter, cheddar, mozzarella, swiss cheeses, skim and soy milk,
Week 4- Beans, Fish, nuts, seafood, shrimp, clams, oysters, scallops and quinoa
Week 5- added chicken breast and Turkey
Week 6- added all other meats as tolerated( this is where I am now)
Have not had anything disagree with me yet.
Week 1 - Full liquids
Weeks 2-4 - Soft foods/purees
Wekk 5+ - Solids
Thanks for everyone's fast response I'm struggling with liquids and have cheated a few times.....have not gotten sick.....beating myself up for not following the rules! When I start cheating is when the old me started quiting!
