Oops, yesterday I did a 50-minute Pilates class, 30 minutes of walking and a 75-minute run. I also did 20 minutes of physical therapy which involves 20-30 repetitions of 6 different exercises with a 3# weight focusing on my scapular region to get my shoulder good, strong and with a full range of motion again. I don't enjoy the PT but I shall do it!
Today: 75-minutes on the bike and a 50-minute Pilates class.
