I weigh myself every sunday night....

for the last several weeks i was stalled at 202-204 range.. Trying so hard to get under the 200# mark.. Last night was the best night ever.. wow under 200lbs... I was trying to figure out what I did differently and the only thing I can think of was changing my breakfast.. But I felt like i was eating more food - odd..

Anyway.. Yea Me.. bigger wow.. only 24lbs to reach my goal weight.. WFT wow...

Great job!!!!! I cant wait to be under 200. that is so cool . I keep bouncing between 210 and 213 its killen me I tell ya lol. Congratulations on your journey and loss so far.

Terrific job...and yes, although it's counter-intuitive to us who have dieted for so many years and yo-yoed back and forth...you have to eat MORE calories to lose weight. It's a catch 22 in our minds, but our bodies seem to like it! Wishing you all the continued success you need to reach beyond your scale goal and for all the other goals you've set and will set for yourself in the future!
