Do Eggs ever get easier to eat?

I was sleeved 13 months ago and I have found that there are just certain foods that make me feel uncomfortable when I eat them and eggs are one of them! My diet has expanded and I eat just about anything I want I just have a few bites and feel full, very satisfied and never deprived. My diet still basically remains the same daily I concentrate on getting enough protein and water. I try to start my day with a protein shake just to make sure I am getting what I need each day, then a chicken thigh,1/2 cup of tuna, or turkey burger for lunch I can now eat a whole burger if it’s not too thick, I love beans, Greek yogurt, veggies, and fruits. I don’t ever eat more than a bite or two of bread, pasta, or rice they swell in your stomach and make you feel very uncomfortable. I avoid that feeling but on occasion miss eating these things and may have a spoon full of rice with my beans, or spaghetti with my one meatball.

In the beginning I questioned would I ever feel normal again? I felt so odd and out of place when everyone was eating such big volumes of food. Now that my thought and relationship with the food has changed over this year I feel for the first time in my life that I am in control not the food.. I still love the taste of good food but it’s just not the same. I always wanted to be the girl who could leave food on her plate and it’s a great feeling now that I am that girl. I always try to stop eating before I feel uncomfortable I worry about stretching out my little petite stomach that I love. I have lost 171lb and I am still losing at least 10lb a month with a goal of another 40lb with little exercise. Everyone is different and you will learn so much about yourself on this journey. I get such bad cramps in my stomach when I eat eggs I find that its only if I eat the yolk tho if I just eat eggg whites I'm fine

I haven't even tried an egg. I don't like them to begin with. Eventually, maybe, but for right now no.

That would make the fact that egg beaters goes down easier. make sense as egg beaters is just whites....

I found a new way to make eggs. Egg whites, low fat lox flavored cream cheese, apple cider vinegar all mixed together, topped with red pepper hummus! YUM
