    Default 1st "real" meal.

So I have eaten my first real meal tonight that was not pureed, or chopped to smithereens. 4 broiled shrimp-chewed very well. About 1/4 of a small baked potato (which I ate mostly the topping of cheese, bacon, & sour cream & very little potato) all chewed very well. So far so good, hope all stays down and passes well! It was very tasty!

And the best thing about it is my carbs are still only 23gms and calories only 664 for the day!!

Yes I did and it goes against everything in me to eat any potato right now, but honestly I pretty much ate the couple of tbsp of cheese and bacon on top. Even with that my carbs are 23 for the day and fat is 32, so the numbers are still real good!
