Found an Easy Way to get 45g of Protein in with 1Carb, 0 Sugar!!!

Sounds good, I'm going to see if we have a smoothie king out here, if not...then Amazon I go, the Costco premiere brand, was good...but now its gross to me. wish I could down it, so as not to taste..but I guess my "downing" days are over..lol

Ok, I went to smoothie king and had the vanilla with bananas, it was awesome. I purchased it, cost 47 with tax. Drank it before my workout and it helped with energy level. Thanks ladyN.O

I am not taking enough protein, i cant find a way of taking all that powder in water and also bought the proteins bars and are so heavy i look on the internet and can't find that smoothie here in Canada... am starting to believe that is why I stopped losing weight, because i have almost 2 weeks in the same weight

Grace I love those whey protein shooters. Nina more then likely your in a stall. That's normal for your time out. Also my hair didn't start falling out until 6mths out. Good luck def going to try this new protein.
