    Default Bye Bye Mr. Stall!

Six straight days of virtually no movement on the scale...
Trudged to the scale this morning, and lo and behold I'm three pounds lighter.
I think it's safe to say that my first post-sleeve stall is history!

(that distant thumping sound my fellow Houstonians might hear is me doin' a happy dance)
    Height: 6'4""
    Highest Weight: 346
    Pre-Op: 330
    Day of Surgery: 318

Isn't it wonderful when the stall ends. Mine just ended on Friday, it stuck around for about 19 days and that was torture. But I have lost 4 ponds in 2 days. Woohoo, gotta love the sleeve!

And don't ever lose hope; I stalled from January to June. I hovered at about 147-149 that whole time. I thought that's where I'd stop losing, but I've gone down to 138.8 as of this morning. The last week or two I've lost those pounds. You just never know what your body will do, or how long it will stall! Congrats to you!

I haeve basically been stalled for the past week or so. went from losing almost 2 lbs daily to 2 lbs the entire week! I was on vacation and my eating did not change (still virtually nothing) and I drank more than enough liquids (not sugary). I walked about 5 miles each day and swam at night. when I got on the scale the morning after we got back I could not believe it. I am the same today. I have lost 29 lbs so far and am happy about that' but it definitely is disheartening when this happens, especially after all the changes we have made through this procedure. I am reading that stalls often (sounds like more often than not) happen at this juncture. I hope, hope, hope it unstalls soon!!
