Well its 1 year today I had my sleeve procedure done, I couldn't be more happy than I am with the results. Started 356 lbs and now currently at 212 lbs. I wanted to be at my goal at this point but I'm happy none the less with where I'm at. I still have 32 lbs to get to my goal of 180 and Ill just take my sweet time living life to get there. I have no regrets what so ever. Sorry I havnt been on here much for support for everyone, this move to Florida and the new job, not to mention all the beach time in between has been pretty time consuming. I hope everyone is doing good and I miss keeping in touch with you all. Anyway here is an updated before and now shot.
