Again i was lazy and wore sweats and a t-shirt all day today, even when I was working out And again, it was 38 degrees all day. So glad summer is over.

Yesterday it was warm. I rocked a lime green (Caribbean theme) light cotton T-shirt dress. Got a million T shirt dresses, love 'em all, easy to care for, wear, pull together different looks/dressy casual. If it's still warm (and it seems like it will be) I'll rock a hot pink/fushia number w/ being saffa slides and ribboned sunhat.

Wearing a rusty orange cable turtleneck sweater dress from Victoria's Secrets w/a brown leather belt, semi opaque brown tights and knee-high Born leather boots.

Sweater dresses are my favorites after T-shirts. The Born boots sound great-love some of their things.

They're horribly comfortable, even if they do have a 2" (maybe 2.5) heel.

Today I was shopping for a new coat. My 22W looks pretty comical on me at this point. Hubby was with me at the mall and I grabbed a cute, fitted, military style jacket in a size L...it was really small looking and I'm thinking "no way". It slipped right on and fit like a glove. Hubby looks at the tag and says "what does junior mean?" WOW really?? ME? So, a new Jr. L jacket, V-neck black tee, and size 12 jeans.

Awesome. Don't sweat the L-always remember you're tall and will need to buy somewhat bigger sizes. You're statesque, like a model! Is the jacket to the waist, hips, or is it midthigh? I love military styled clothes.

It's still warm here so probably another T-shirt dress today. Just need to figure out the color, am really glad I'm out of my regular black.

The L didn't bother me at all. Like I've said before, I'll never be a size 6. I haven't worn jr sizes since I was in high school.

The jacket is just to the top of the hips. I like fitted clothes (not tight, but tailored). I used to shop all the time at Woman Within. I still get their emails but nothing fits me anymore. I loved their T-shirt dresses and shirts. I saved a couple of them just for lounging.

Yeah, all my T-shirt dresses are mediums now and even a couple of "mediums" that are 20 years old! Today I was just checking out the closet and spied this skirt my ex used to drool over. It's just a black 3" above the knee formfitting skirt. But, you guessed it, he LOVED my legs in it w/ high heels. Curious, I tried it on and even though I couldn't zip it, noted that it's an 11/12 Esprit! Remember Esprit? I look forward to zipping this sucker up as it's not a victim of size inflation and was one of my "fat" skirts. Can you imagine feeling "fat" in a 11/12 junior size NOW?

Oh, and decided on a turquoise T shirt dress for today. Gotta rock these dresses/colors cuz I won't be wearing them next year!
