Hi Theresa, I am from the UK, I had my surgery 25th June 2012 in Mexico with Dr Almanza. Nothing happened to me that I wasn't able to cope with; the biggest thing is the tiredness I feel a lot of the time ... I am taking mulit vit. B12 and Glucosamine and having a blood test as I think my iron may be a liitle low. I am able to eat most things but sometime forget to slow my eating down and pay the price.

My surgery was straight forward as was the healing process I am so glad I had it done. You wont chicken out, you want this and need this to help you with your weight struggle.

As fas as weight loss, it will happen. Surgery fluids, water retention, etc.

Side note... you should look into seeing if you can have your forum on Tapatalk, an Android/iPhone app so we can utilize that site for easier access on the go.
