Protein and the best shakes

Hi Everyone,

I am a 4 yr out sleever. I've had my ups and downs.
I am still 19 lbs from my goal. I will be what I weighed in "high school". Yahoo!

I found a "shake" that is working for me. I need to tell everyone. We have to be on them, why not try these?

i like OH YEAH banana n creme 220 cal, 3 gram carb, 32 grams of protein in 14 oz. My usual is PURE PROTEIN strawberries and cream 160 cal, 2carbs, 35 grams of protein. I have to drink the ones that are already mixed up because i haven't had good experiences with the ones you have to mix. Please share what you enjoy.

I go to The Vitamin Shoppe and get a case of 12. Oh yeah was like 32 I think and the pure protein one was 27. I like this store because they sell them individually and i can try different flavors for like 2 or 3 bucks. Gnc also sells it. Or you could order it from the vitamin shoppe online. Thats how i did it the first time because i didn't know they sold cases.

Best pro tein shakes I have tasted is Core Power. They do not taste like any of the others and are by far my favorite.
