Default My portions are still very small, but sometimes all I want to eat is cheese...

It sems to be the only thing are tolerate really well. Like the past few days all I really want to eat is a 1 piece of toast with slice of tomato and avocado and 3 thin slices of provolone and mustard and then some of those special k cracker chips. i eat other things too but i tend to crave this. am i doing badly by eating cheese every day? i lost another 2 lbs and yes it's a slow loss, but it is happening, right?

Track your calories, carbs, fat, sugar and protein intake and this should tell you if you are taking in more than you should.

I couldn't eat bread until I was about 5-6 months post-op. I think you might want to concentrate on proteins first, low-fat and vary them. The same foods all the time, might stall your weight loss. Just be patient and it does get easier and easier. I still can't eat very large portions and it's almost one year! I wish you continued success...
