Chick Fil A Diet Lemonade

Hi All,

I am addicted to the Diet Lemonade from Chick Fil A & the Very Berry Green Tea smoothie from Tropical Smoothie (made w/ Splenda).
Does anyone know if I will get to continue to have these during my pre liquid diet and post surgery?

If they are clear enough to see through, and if they have no sugar, then I think you probably can!

I know my doctor said no fruit until a few months out and then only 4 ounces a day due to the natual sugar in it. They also said that Tropical Smoothie is out of the question even if it was made with Splenda. They said they have too many carbs in them, even with the Splenda some of them are upwards of 60g of carbs!

I hope this helps! I know we will all have slightly different guidelines but those are the ones we were given.
