Here is how it works.
Post your goals for May. This can be any changes you want to make. Work out more(set days a week maybe) drink more water, eat more protein, and a final goal for weight loss for month. Be sure to post your starting weight as well so we can all see your progress. Check back in with us as often as you can so we can see your progress and offer support. Check back in with your final report on May 31st. Check January-April's threads for examples if you want/need to.
