I just bought this to use for pre and post op diet. I've heard great things about them.

I bought one of these last week,and love it!!i went back yesterday and bought a second one so i could just use oneto sip from ,and then to have one in the fridge . i start my liquid diet this saturday so they will get more use in a few days. good luck!

Good to hear and glad I did not buy something gimmicky haha . Best to you on starting your liquid diet.

I used one for the first 3 weeks. Then, moved to a blender when I added fruit. They really work well.

They're a life saver for me. I bought 4 of them. It's best to add a little bit of skim milk first before you pour in your protein, otherwise the protein sticks to the bottom.
