    Default Eating, Oh Eating.

I am having a hard time eating 3 meals a day, and when I do get a meal, I feel like they are very small, and not nutritional enough.
I am drinking one protein shake a day, and taking vitamins. But I am worried about not eating enough...
For a while I was eating 5 smaller meals a day, but now I just find that I eat a little something and I'm full, or am not interested.

Anyone else on this page too?

I am worried because I am working out a lot, so I don't want my body to not strengthen up!

    Thanks!

Hi Alli, if you want to be certain about whether or not your nutritional needs are being met, you will need to log everything you eat on a website like FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal. This site allows you to select your food, put in the portion size, hit "calculate" and then it calculates how much protein, carbs, calories, and fat grams you have consumed. You can also add in your own "custom" foods if you don't find a particular something. It's great for keeping track and letting you know if you need to eat more or less of something. My guidelines from my dietitian are: 800-1000 calories, 60-80 grams of protein, under 60 grams of carbs, and under 40 grams of fat. I'm usually right there at the top of my calorie count and protein count and under the carbs and the fat, so all is going well for me. But I log everything, including the milk that I add to my tea in the mornings.
    Diane
