I get my protein power from Bactric Choice on line or at my doctors office. Tast good and cost is good too.

I have to use soy. Became even more whey sensitive after surgery than before. I use Genisoy.

My favorite is Isopure Low Carb. I get it at GNC. Jut a hint, I use Torani SF syrup to bump up the taste. I can mix the protein powder with water but with the Torani it doesn't taste watery.

I use Syntrax Nectar because I do not like the milk shake type of protein. It is like a kool-aid with many flavors, I like the Twisted Cherry the best. They have a website or you can find a store that carries it. I also just order the Protein Bullets. No sugars or caffeine and 42 grams of protein. My dr looked at the ingredients and said it was okay.
