I haven't posted on here in a while, dealing with a terrible ear infection causing the WORST vertigo I've ever experienced, but it's getting better.

6:30: Eight ounces of coffee, two ounces of Fairlife Non-Fat milk, few pumps of sugar free Belgian Cookie Torani Syrup
8:00: Colby-Jack cheese stick
8:30-10:00: One 16.9 ounce bottle of water
10:30: One Chocolate Premier Protein Shake
11:00-12:00: One 16.9 bottle of water
12:35: Three ounces of enchilada stew (chicken, onion, cilantro, scallions, peppers and chilies slow cooked with spices & enchilada sauce) with a tablespoon of reduced fat sour cream and a smidgen of shredded cheese
13:00: One 16.9 ounce bottle of water
16:50: One tablespoon of reduced fat creamy peanut butter (pre-workout)
17:40-19:00: Swim class with weight training, 20 ounce bottle of water
19:15: 3 ounces of grilled ribeye, an ounce of corn grilled with chipotle oil and chili powder
21:15: One tablespoon of reduced fat creamy peanut butter
22:15: Eight ounces of Fairlife Non-Fat milk, reading and bed
