Hello Monday people!
These "winter weekends" do me in
I eat badly, graze too often, and don't exercise enough; not liking it. I know for sure that when I retire, it will be to a warm climate so I can move more than I do in NJ.
B: usual, non fat Greek yogurt w/berries, granola, and some chopped pecans
L: small chopped salad w/tuna packet, chick peas, green peppers
D: not sure, but it's yoga until 8 ish. Will grab either a protein drink or protein bar before yoga and maybe some yogurt or a hard boiled egg when I get home
